A: Business Permit Requirements

A: A single candy seller needs a seller's permit to buy the candy wholesale, a business license because you are a seller business, and a DBA, LLC or corp because all starting businesses need to select a tax legal structure.

A:  It would cost to run another food truck, the cost of the business license, and the seller's permit AKA state id.  The federal id you have for the existing truck can be used for this one as well.
