To open a full service salon in NJ for facials, manicures, pedicures, eyebrows, all types of hair such as barbering, braiding, dred locks, weaving and styling natural hair, what type of license do need to hire people to work in my salon to do these things As an instructor of Cosmetology since 1988.

I want to Tattoo Microblading eyebrows only? I own and operate by myself. Teach anatomy and physiology part-time at the college seasonally I do microdermabrasion, facials, waxing etc. I to lashes, massages, pedicures and manicures.
